Working closely with an organisation to develop an understanding of the training process for new recruits in NWP is such a significant engagement opportunity that we have at Bangor. Not only does it allow students to build on their understanding of the role of a PC, it also enables them to develop a strong working and professional relationship with NWP.
Ms Lisa Sparkes, who teaches on the Criminology and Policing degrees, accompanied the students and said, It was great to see our students getting hands-on experience with NWP, to understand the training and also what PCs face in their daily working lives.
