Trouble Logging In?

If you have your username and can't log in, please contact the IT Services Helpdesk by phone at 01248 38 8111 or by emailing helpdesk@bangor.ac.uk.

They can assist if you don't have a valid computer account, have forgotten your password, or need to unlock your account.

Your student login details were sent to the email address you provided during your application.

Please check all your email folders, including the spam and promotional folders.
Search your entire inbox for messages from @bangor.ac.uk.

If you continue to experience problems, you can visit us at the Hub, located in the Main Library, Main University Building, College Road. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

REQUEST A REPAIR OR REPORT A FAULT

The beautifully lit Main Arts Building stands beyond the Outer Quad, as two students walk toward its entrance from the direction of the library.

Non-urgent Assistance

For non-urgent assistance e.g. a broken light, a dripping tap, furniture moves, in University buildings that are not student halls, please email Campus Services.

Urgent Assistance

For urgent assistance e.g. a power outage, a leak in University buildings that are not student halls, please call 2783 (internal) or 01248 382783 (external)

Opening Hours: Estates and Campus Services Helpdesk

Estates and Campus Services Helpdesk are open Monday to Friday between 08:45-17:00. Outside these hours and during holidays please report all non-halls related requests by telephone. Your call will be automatically redirected to Security, who will assist you.
